Cantonal Hotel By Warwick - Riyadh

I had a terrible experience checking in. It took forever, and they kept shuffling me between dirty rooms that reeked. No one seemed to care about my complaints, and I felt completely ignored. Just a nightmare!

Hotel was fairly large and beautifuly designed! The venue was in a very central location right by the center of the downtown as well as Riyadh park. Being minutes from Palmeras was nice, we had dinner there.

They gave us a neat and well-designed room with all the necessary amenities, good housekeeping, as for instance: )

Honestly, the location is a total win! It's right in the heart of downtown, making it super convenient for my meetings. I also loved the rooftop Sky Lounge; the views are just stunning! Plus, the staff were friendly and super helpful throughout my stay, making the whole experience a bit more pleasant. Oh, and the breakfast had some great options, though a few more choices wouldn't hurt.

My experience definitely had its downsides. On my first night, my room wasn't cleaned properly—there was hair on the bed, which was pretty gross. Plus, I had to wait ages for someone to come and sort it out. The internet was also hit or miss, which made things a bit tricky, especially during work hours. it could be better!

Clean hotel with amazing location in Riyadh close to Riyadh and many popular tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. Large breakfast for these delicious foods, excellent views. Neat and fashionable venue room with a great bed and private bathroom. Excellent co-operating staff, free wake up service and ironing available.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Can't recommend highly enough for a short layover

Spacious room, luxurious amenities, ideal for relaxation. The coffee shop offered a good selection of fresh brews and the indoor swimming pool provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

Room allocation was disorganized, with my first allocation below what I paid for, and it took three hours to get sorted. I encountered some issues with WiFi disconnecting, which disrupted my work, and parking can be tricky considering the busy street out front. While food was adequate, it certainly lacked variety, especially for breakfast, which left much to be desired.

The hotel is ideally situated in the city center. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. The cleanliness of the hotel is amazing, with fresh linens and a pristine environment throughout.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore local attractions, and the really good view from the rooms is a highlight not to be missed.

The room was spotless, and I loved the breakfast options that mixed local favorites with international dishes. I also enjoyed some relaxing moments in the sauna and took a dip in the indoor pool. Just a heads up that the WiFi could be a bit spotty at times, so plan accordingly! 😄

great stay with room for improvement

The rooms offered really good spaciousness, awesome for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable, with high-quality towels and linens enhancing my stay.
